Terms of use

1. What this site is. This site is owned and operated by OMD AS, a company registered in Norway, whose registered address appears in the footer of every page. Slots Casino World publishes independent rankings and reviews of American sweepstakes slots casinos. We are a publisher. We hold no gaming licence, run no games, accept no wagers and hold no customer funds.

2. Who it is for. This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who may lawfully take part in promotional sweepstakes where they live. If that is not you, please do not use it.

3. Information, not advice. Everything here is published for information. It is not legal, financial or tax advice and it is not a recommendation to sign up anywhere or to play at all. Decisions you make after reading are yours.

4. Accuracy. Figures are recorded from current casino terms and verified player reports, and updated when they change. Casinos change terms without notice. Always read the casino’s own terms before signing up; where they differ from ours, theirs govern.

5. Commission. Some casinos pay us when a reader signs up through a link here. This is disclosed in the footer of every page. Commission is not an input to our ratings and does not affect the order of any list.

6. Other sites. Links to casinos are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, conduct or availability. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

7. Intellectual property. The text, rankings, rating system and design of this site belong to us. Casino names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification. Quote short passages with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction of the rankings is not permitted.

8. Acceptable use. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, interfere with its operation, or republish it as your own.

9. No warranty. The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from any dealing with a casino listed on it, including losses incurred in play.

11. Changes. We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change is acceptance of it.

12. Contact. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
