Common questions
The things people actually ask
Short answers. Where the answer depends on the casino, the list carries the figure.
Questions
Fourteen of them
Do I have to spend money?
No. Every casino here runs a free postal entry route for promotional currency, and it is a real route rather than a formality. Coin packages exist because post is slow.
Can I cash out Gold Coins?
No, and no casino claims you can. Gold Coins are play money with no value outside the slots. Only Sweepstakes Coins, or the house equivalent, can be redeemed.
How long does a payout take?
Between seven hours and three days across these eighteen, measured as the median from asking to receiving.
What is a floor?
The minimum promotional balance you need before you can ask for a payout. Fifty SC at most casinos, a hundred at three, 1,200 FC at Fortune Coins.
What is playthrough?
How many times promotional currency must be played before it can be redeemed. Sixteen here need 1x. Golden Hearts and ThrillCoins need 2x.
Does picking a different slot help?
Not towards the requirement. Volatility changes how your balance swings on the way, but the playthrough and the floor are identical whichever game you open.
Why do they want my ID?
Casinos verify identity before paying out, as a condition of operating lawfully. Uploading documents at signup rather than at payout is the single most effective thing you can do to get paid quickly.
Which states are excluded?
Washington and Idaho almost everywhere; Michigan, Nevada and Montana at several casinos. The state page has the detail.
Are winnings taxable?
Yes, as income. A 1099-MISC is issued above the federal threshold. State treatment varies and we are not tax advisers.
Are the slot libraries actually different?
Mostly not. Most casinos license from the same handful of studios, so the same titles appear everywhere. High 5 and a couple of others run genuinely exclusive in-house games, and the reviews say which.
Can I have accounts at several casinos?
Yes. Each is a separate promotion with its own terms. One account per person per casino is the universal rule, and multiple accounts at one casino is the fastest way to lose a balance.
Do these casinos pay you?
Some of them, yes. It is disclosed in the footer of every page and it is not an input to the rating. The method page sets out what is.
Why is a casino with a bigger bonus rated lower?
Because payout speed is 40% of the rating and bonus value is 25%. A huge bonus behind a slow payout rates below a modest bonus paid in seven hours.
What if something here is wrong?
Tell us the casino, the field and the correct value. We would rather be corrected than consistent.
